Can I Check In Early or Check Out Late?
Unlike hotels, we cannot accommodate changes to the check-in and check-out procedures. Check in is at 3pm and check out is 11 am. This is due to how cleaning works at our New Buffalo and Union Pier vacation homes. If the home is available the day before or after your stay, we can extend the duration of your booking.

We require that you book for at least two nights.
What Are the Check-Out Procedures?
To not incur additional fees, you must checkout by 11 AM on your designated exit date. Prior to departure, we ask that you take out the trash, start the dishwasher, load the sheets you used into the washing machine, and secure the doors and windows. For units with physical keys, please leave them in the designated lockbox.
What Do I Do if I Have a Problem with the Home?
We want your stay with us to be magical. If you notice anything wrong with the home—from a lack of towels to a leaking pipe—call (630) 200-5399. We’ll take whatever steps are necessary to set things right. This fact is reflected in our glowing reviews on VRBO, Google, and AirBnB.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
If you cancel 30 days or more before arrival, we’ll refund everything save the cancellation fee. Any cancellations after that point forfeit the deposit as well. For particularly close cancellations, we suggest calling ahead of time in order to see what can be worked out.
